- Identifying the client’s need
Our hiring process starts with understanding the client’s needs. We gather all the required information and schedule a call with the client. We try to understand the client’s needs in-depth, technical compliance, and other grounds like qualification, personality, and team management traits.
- Frame a recruitment strategy
After analyzing the client’s requirements, the next step is framing a recruitment strategy and getting started with a search process. During this phase, we keep providing weekly reports about process progress and conduct status meetings with clients to facilitate open discussions.
- Screening and conducting interviews
As some relevant candidate applications come in, we go on to CV screening and conducting HR interviews. In this phase, we retrieve the information about candidates’ basic qualifications and compatibility. Also, sometimes we assign tech tasks to the candidates if the client wishes to do so. This helps in shortlisting suitable candidates for further screening.
- Sending the shortlisted candidates to the client’s tech team
Next, we go ahead with the sending of relevant candidates’ profiles to the client’s tech team for further analysis. Then, we schedule a Tech interview that enables the client’s team to evaluate the compatibility and skills of the candidate and get the right fit. Our recruitment team stays in touch with the client as the call ends to get instant feedback about the candidate.
- Conducting a background check
We also conduct background checks upon the client's request, mostly for managerial positions. The process includes verification of the candidate’s employment history and interactions with the references.
- Acknowledgment of Job offer
If everything goes well, the job offer is communicated to the candidate, and further negotiations are made to bring a final agreement from both ends.
- After recruitment services
The process doesn’t end here. Our recruitment team helps both parties in settling down. For the candidate, we arrange pre-boarding, required assets, prepare a working place if applicable, on-boarding, scheduling meetings with managers, and so on.
