Client’s Goals
Klips intended to provide an innovative and simply scalable finance platform online.
The client's technical team uses the following click housing technology stack: golang, kubernetes, clickhouse, nats,.net core, nodejs, and redis.
The organization needs qualified financial markets software engineers and big data processing technical executives. The following positions were to be included in the updated team: Net TL, Services TL, Golang software engineer, Senior Web Developer, Senior React Developer, React TL,.Net developer, and Golang/.Net developer.
Senior engineers should provide leadership, technology design expertise, direction, coordination, and consultation in developing, integrating, launching, scaling, and maintaining new features and products.
The main requirements for technical leaders were:
a strong background in the design and implementation of scalable architectures and a good understanding of Algorithms, Data structures, and Design patterns.

passion for educating and mentoring the next generation of engineers.
Also, candidates should be interested in learning Golang, using interesting top technologies: microservices, dockers, Google Cloud, real-time coding, crypto-features, and best development practices.
Ultimately, our client decided to create an offshore Full Stack team.
Full Stack developers can significantly add value to a team. It’s not surprising, therefore, that they are in high demand and are hard to find.
Business Challenge
Initially, the client tried independently finding specialists in the international labor market. Not only did hiring take the lion’s share of their time, but also it took their financial resources. They had to spend considerable time and effort to pull out a senior Full Stack developer from other companies.
Klips encountered difficulties in that local Israeli specialists were too expensive. The client also unsuccessfully searched for the right specialists in Eastern Europe for several months. And yet, they didn’t achieve the expected results.
The company was considering three ways of solving the issue:
hiring local Full Stack developers and training them;
choosing a different technology;
setting up an offshore team of Full Stack devs.
Choosing a Full Stack dedicated team model of inexperienced programmers was rejected immediately. It was fraught with consequences like lousy code, extra expenses on training, and the same perspective of getting a skilled developer that was too long. Neither was changing a technology an intelligent decision, nor were there any guarantees that it would be easier to find different programmers. As a result, the fintech company started looking for a vendor to help them with a Full Stack development team.
Solution
Our Client referred to Global Teams with a challenge to build a team with our help. The company counted only on experienced programmers because they still needed clarification about filling in the development vacancies in Central and Eastern Europe; they were disappointed by the Israeli market.
The list of needed specialists contained such positions:

Due to the projects' needs, the recruitment plan was spread over six months.
Global Teams always provides only the best-selected candidates. So to have 3-5 highly relevant candidates per each position selected for the tech interviews, there have been contacted hundreds of candidates, and 50-120 of them passed pre-screening interviews with our Recruitment Team, 5-15 of which have been provided for the Client’s consideration.
On average, it took 30-45 days to close each vacancy. The shortest closure time was 1,5 weeks, and the longest was up to 2 months. In total, there have been 21 positions closed for Klips.
Results
In summary, the Client ensured that the Central and Eastern European job market had enough qualified developers and hired a full team of experienced engineers. We have fulfilled the Client’s needs in resources within Ukraine. And later, the search area was extended to Romania, Georgia, and Azerbaijan. Our recruiters spent several weeks filling these vacancies, which appeared to be faster and thriftier than hiring in-house workers.
